1,200 seat sanctuary, a K-12 day school for 500 students, and a theological seminary for 250 students

The challenges were planning and building a facility of this size in 18 months, including rezoning the property. We accomplished those things through a team effort with McGough Construction and the owner and also through careful planning and tight budget control. The project came in under budget as a result.
