Fort Caroline Gardens Assisted Living Facility was on a long narrow site that presented particular challenges in designing the addition plus proposed future expansion.
Project Scope
We created a 42 bed addition to an existing 36 bed assisted living facility. The 17,000 square foot addition also included a new commercial kitchen, dining and activity rooms, as well as laundry and other required support facilities.
