Beautiful facilities on a five acre site

The challenge was to design a phased expandable new church facility for a young growing congregation that is moving from a rented public school space into their own building for the first time. Township Planning Commission requirements for the project included giving the facility a residential feel and scale. DBA also needed to make the look and design blend into the surrounding rural residential neighborhood using the Prairie School style of architecture.

The building interior features a light well in the lobby, stained concrete floors, and exposed structure for the ceiling in the worship center.

Community Spaces

The building includes a 260 seat sanctuary, lobby/gathering space, offices, classrooms, kitchen, restrooms, and related support spaces.
