Centro Christiano is a rapidly growing 8,000 member congregation that is building a multi-phase facility in urban Guayaquil. Phase One, completed in 2004, features a 3,450 seat sanctuary as well as offices and classrooms in the first three floors of a planned 10-story tower. Future floors of the tower will house more classrooms, a technical institute, and a chapel. Currently under construction is a 40,000 square foot addition of classrooms and multiple children’s church auditoriums. Another future phase will add three more children’s church auditoriums. Also under construction is the first phase of a complete new high school that will house 2,500 students. The white colonnade that forms the exterior façade of the main auditorium lobby will be used as a unifying element throughout the entire complex as development continues.
